What we are

What is Senior Connection Circle?

Senior Connection Circle is a community program created to help older adults build meaningful connections and access supportive conversations in a comfortable environment.

Our goal is simple: create a space where older adults feel welcomed, respected, and heard, with support from professional psychotherapists.

Sessions may include guided discussions, opportunities to meet others, refreshments, and conversations around topics that matter to older adults.
